This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional vehicle presentation, maintaining high operational standards, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. The ideal candidate has extensive automotive detailing experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lead and develop a team while managing the flow of dealership inventory from arrival to delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead and work alongside the detail team to ensure all vehicles meet Walnut Creek Honda's quality standards. Manage daily detailing operations, workflow, and quality control to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction. Oversee vehicle inventory, including tracking, organization, movement, and readiness for sale or delivery. Coordinate with Sales, Service, and Management to prioritize vehicle preparation and delivery schedules. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while continuously improving processes and execution. Ensure every vehicle is presented in showroom-ready condition and exceeds customer expectations. Qualifications 3+ years of automotive detailing experience required; supervisory experience preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Experience managing vehicle inventory in a dealership environment is a plus. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
