All On-site Job Description Responsibilities:

Assist Supply Chain Team with quoting parts for US Government and Military programs, process compliance packages and create Purchase Order documentation in SAP Collaborate with Military Program Manager and attend IPT meetings Follow up communication with status of Purchase Orders and expected delivery date Assist Supply Chain Team with incoming receiving holds, clear holds, and transfer parts to cleared rack for receipt in SAP Update receiving hold log with current status Will need to interact with other Supply Chain, Program Management and Quality team members on-site

Requirements:

SAP experience is needed Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Excellent Computer skills and SAP experience is required. Familiarity with

FARS and DFARS Education:

Associates Degree (but Bachelor's Degree preferred) and Minimum (3) years of Experience.
