Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Parts Manager to oversee our parts department. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and extensive experience in procurement management, inventory control, and supply chain operations. This role is critical in ensuring that our automotive service team has the necessary parts and equipment to provide exceptional service to our customers. Duties Manage the procurement and sourcing of automotive parts and supplies to ensure optimal inventory levels. Oversee inventory control processes, including tracking stock levels, conducting regular audits, and managing reordering schedules. Collaborate with the automotive service team to identify parts needs and ensure timely availability. Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to negotiate pricing and delivery terms. Utilize warehouse management systems to organize parts storage efficiently. Ensure compliance with safety regulations while operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment. Assist in the repair of equipment as needed, providing technical support to staff regarding part specifications. Experience
MUST HAVE STELLANTIS EXPERIENCE.
Proven experience in parts management. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand technical specifications of various parts. Familiarity with supply chain management principles and practices. Experience in inventory control methods and warehouse operations. Proficiency in using software for inventory management and procurement processes. Forklift certification is preferred but not required; training may be provided. Excellent communication skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
