FedEx Operations Manager (BC) | Denver, CO | $80K + $12K Bonus Bright Flag on behalf of Greenlight Denver is hiring a FedEx Ground Operations Manager (BC) in the Denver, CO area. This is a leadership role overseeing daily FedEx delivery operations, drivers, and route performance out of the Denver terminal.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

$80,000 base salary Up to $12,000 performance bonus Weekly pay (direct deposit) Medical, dental, vision, life insurance (after 60 days) 401(k) PTO Company-provided truck, computer, and uniform Allowance for work gear (boots, gloves, etc.)

SCHEDULE & WORK ENVIRONMENT 5-6

day work week (1-2 days off) Terminal operates 6-7 days per week Dispatch around 8:00 AM Route operations typically 8-10 hour days Not a standard 9-5 role (leadership + operational coverage required)

YOU'LL DO

You will lead daily FedEx delivery operations, ensuring routes, drivers, and service levels run efficiently and safely. Oversee daily driver dispatch and route coverage Ensure trucks, routes, and staffing are fully operational Monitor performance, safety, and service compliance Support drivers with issues, coaching, and accountability Step in and drive routes when needed Manage payroll timesheets and reporting Coordinate onboarding, recruiting, and training Maintain route efficiency using optimization tools (DRO system) Coordinate maintenance and reduce downtime Enforce DOT, safety, and FedEx compliance standards Communicate directly with FedEx Ground operations staff

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

2-3+ years transportation or fleet management experience Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage drivers in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using routing / logistics software Valid driver's license (must be able to operate step van if needed) Must pass background check, DOT physical, and drug screen Experience with FedEx, UPS, Amazon, or logistics strongly preferred Military leadership experience encouraged
