Summary The Director of Planning, Fulfillment & Operations Analytics leads end-to-end supply chain planning and order fulfillment across a multi-site network while driving data-informed decision-making across operations. This role is responsible for aligning demand and supply, optimizing fulfillment performance across locations, and building robust analytics capabilities to improve efficiency, service levels, and scalability. The Director partners cross-functionally with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, sales, finance, IT, and site leadership to translate data into actionable insights and operational improvements. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both deep subject matter expertise and the ability to architect and scale S&OP systems in a growing manufacturing organization. Responsibilities Own and lead demand forecasting, supply planning, and S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes across multiple sites. Lead executive S&OP reviews and align stakeholders on priorities, trade-offs, and constraints. Align production and procurement strategies with business objectives and site capabilities. Establish and govern standardized order fulfillment processes which ensure consistent, on-time, and accurate delivery performance across all locations. Build and lead centralized planning, fulfillment, and analytics teams. Lead customer and demand fulfillment strategies, including site-to-site coordination and load balancing. Standardize fulfillment processes while accommodating site-specific requirements. Develop and lead a data analytics function supporting planning and fulfillment and operations across all sites. Design and maintain standardized dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks, providing visibility into site-level and network-wide performance. Drive adoption of best practices and consistent system usage (ERP, BI tools, etc.). Translate operational data into insights that drive strategic and tactical decisions. Partner with IT to enhance data infrastructure, system integration, and reporting consistency. Leverage advanced analytics (predictive modeling, scenario planning) to optimize network performance. Identify and implement process improvements across planning and fulfillment workflows across all locations. Drive standardization, best practice sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives. Develop talent and promote a culture of data-driven decision-making and operational discipline. Identify risks and constraints among supply, demand, and operations and proactively implement mitigation strategies. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, planning, fulfillment, or operations with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (Director or equivalent). Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams. Demonstrated experience scaling planning and fulfillment systems within a $250M - $1B+ manufacturing organization. Strong expertise in S&OP, demand planning, and fulfillment management. Proven experience driving standardization and control across multiple value streams. Proficiency in ERP systems (Infor, SAP, Oracle), PI Tools (Power BI), and data tools. and supply chain software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite). Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies. Strong executive presence and customer-facing communication skills. Comfortable balancing hands-on problem-solving with strategic leadership. Preferred Qualifications ERP experience in SyteLine. Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field. Experience in lean manufacturing.

This position is located onsite in Longmont, CO.Base Compensation:
$157,000 - $183,000 is the projected range of annual base salary for this role depending on the candidate's overall qualifications and experience.Closing Date:
