What you'll do: Review current suppliers and find ways to improve delivery times and lower costs Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules with suppliers Manage shipping, warehousing, and distribution to ensure products arrive on time Improve supply chain processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs Conduct supplier audits as needed Identify potential risks such as delays or quality issues and develop plans to avoid disruptions Work closely with engineering, production, sales, and finance teams to support smooth operations Required Skills /
Qualifications:
Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in supply chain management is required Minimum of 7 years of Project Management is required Proven track record of optimizing supply chain operations, reducing costs, and improving efficiency. Strong understanding of supply chain principles, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning. Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems Strong MS Office skills and excellent communication skills. Preferred Skills /
Qualifications:
Certifications such as CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) or CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) are a plus.
