Full Time Rusler Implement Co. is a locally owned, full-service Tractor & Equipment dealership that has been servicing the farming/rural lifestyle community for over 60 years. We are looking for a highly organized, energetic individual to fill a full-time Parts Manager position. Come join us and be part of our team.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for the management of our Parts Department while ensuring high-quality customer service and sufficient stocking levels. Duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following: > Develop parts sales promotions to help achieve total sales goals > Merchandise and advertise effectively and within budget > Full utilization of automated inventory control system > Responsible for staff recruitment, hiring, terminations and performance management. >Provide clear communication with Customers, staff, and other department heads. > Seek out opportunities to gain additional business from existing Customers and establish relationships with new Customers.

Starting Salary Range:

TBD. The position's hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm with every 3rd Saturday 8am to 12pm. Additional hours may be required seasonally, outside of regular working hours and may consist of evenings.
