JOB SUMMARY
: Provide product delivery, tracking, and verification of pricing for items received by the Food and Nutrition Services warehouse. Maintains all
H.A.C.C.P.
forms to ensure food safety standards are followed. Develops and promotes good community relations among various community and school clientele.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensures receiving temperature procedures are followed according to

plan. Daily 15% 2. Works closely with the Buyer II to ensure product availability and completes Buyer's duties when out. Daily 10% 3. Communicates with vendors and kitchens regarding product outs, damaged product, or delivery issues. Daily 10% 4. Provides excellent customer service for all internal and external customers. Daily 10% 6. Coordinates, orders, and receives produce upon delivery to ensure product is available for delivery to all schools. Daily 10% 7. Verifies pricing of all products received and communicates with vendors when problems arise. Assists with updating bid pricing annually. Daily 10% 8. Coordinates all deliveries and physically receives in all product to ensure warehouse stock levels are adequate using current software. This includes UPS, FedEx, and all department vendors. Daily 5% 9. Tracks all purchase orders for food, non-food, and USDA foods for FNS department. Daily 5% 10. Receives all orders into district approved software system. Daily 5% 11. Completes monthly verification of USDA foods and matches vendor invoices to department approved software. Monthly 5% 12. Maintains current vendor list and contact information. Monthly 5% 13. Processes all department invoices for payment in district approved software system. Monthly 5% 14. Perform other duties as assigned or requested. Daily 5%

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
: The minimum prerequisites of formal education, professional work experience, certifications, licenses, endorsements, designations, trainings, and other criteria that a candidate must fulfill to be considered for a position. It is essential that certifications, licenses, endorsements, designations, and trainings are fulfilled, valid, and not expired. Criminal background check and fingerprinting required for hire High School Equivalency (HSE) diploma Three (3) years of professional work experience operating software related to accounting, purchasing, and delivery scheduling Class B commercial driver's license (CDL) Must meet insurability requirements of the Colorado School District Self-Insurance Pool Excellent communication and customer service skills Excellent organizational skills
