Job Description

As part of the Global Logistics & Customization Excellence team at Belimo, this role drives the evaluation, planning, and execution of business improvement and CAPEX investment projects across the Group Division Logistics/Customization. The objective is to support Belimo's long-term growth strategy by leading regional and global projects aligned with the SCM Strategy 2030 and enabling continuous improvement to optimize operations and customer value through close collaboration with global and regional stakeholders. What You'll Do Project Management Lead global and regional projects and interface with global strategic Group initiatives Execute medium scale investment (CAPEX) projects independently as required Manage projects with cost, and timeline control, make sure scope and deliverables are according to project specifications and the risks are controlled carefully Lead projects and motivate participants in interdisciplinary and intercultural teams until the successful completion Leverage the Project Management framework L/C as a structured governance model to ensure consistent delivery of project objectives in line with scope, timeline, cost, and quality targets Industrialization Projects Represent the Group Division in R&D (Product Creation Projects) projects in Role "Lead Deliver/Return" Drive and lead product industrialization from concept to operational readiness Ensure smooth implementation of the new products in all Logistics related processes Actively involve regional stakeholders in the development of standardized concepts, ensuring scalability while enabling regional flexibility Miscellaneous Actively participate and drive continuous improvement (TOP-Process) Participation and collaboration in Logistics / Customization Councils and other training sessions Active collaboration to further develop the Belimo Supply Chain Strategy Promote and maintain a safe, clean, and healthy working environment Who You Are Bachelor's degree, ideally within the scope of Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Process Management Equivalent educational background to be verified Must have 3+ years of Project experience in interdisciplinary, international teams and in an industrial environment Demonstrated experience across key supply chain focus areas IT / Software Word / Excel / PowerPoint SAP Know How (MM / SD / PP / EWM) SAP-Analytics (BI-System) Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory. Project Management Certification (PMP or equivalent) Solid knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt level or similar) Readiness for travel (up to 10%) Who We Are At Belimo, we take pride in making our company a rewarding place to work. The base pay for this position ranges from $100,000 - $115,000 annually with a target performance bonus of 10% of an employee's annual base salary. Compensation is based on several factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, education and experience.
