Job Description

Position Overview:
TrekWise Holdings is seeking a reliable and highly organized Logistics Team Lead to support warehouse operations in Delaware while coordinating logistics for our off-site team. This role blends hands-on warehouse work, communication, and logistics coordination, along with local delivery responsibilities as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate logistics operations for the off-site team, ensuring timely and accurate execution
  • Act as a key point of contact between all operations
  • Track shipments, manage delivery timelines, and resolve issues as they arise
  • Assist with warehouse operations including inventory norganization, order prep, and shipping
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and routes
  • Communicate updates, priorities, and delays clearly across teams
  • Perform local deliveries as needed
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in logistics processes
Qualifications:
  • Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain coordination
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift merchandise (up to 50 lbs)
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
  • Familiarity with logistics or inventory systems is a plus

Compensation & Benefits:
