High SchoolResponsibilities Manage, mentor, and lead the Inventory Supervisor and Shipping & Receiving Supervisor. Oversee end-to-end inventory control, warehousing, and logistics operations. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and continuous process improvements. Ensure inventory accuracy, manage cycle count programs, and maintain audit compliance. Optimize logistics strategies, including carrier selection and freight costs (primarily working with FedEx, UPS, and DHL). Lead ERP optimization and data integrity efforts using our internal system (IQMS). Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, production, and planning teams. Analyze KPIs including inventory turns, shrinkage, and on-time delivery. Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards. Manage budgets, staffing, and overall performance of logistics operations.
