We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations and support our operational demands. Position Summary The Warehouse Manager will oversee all warehouse activities, staff supervision, cargo handling, operational efficiency, safety compliance, and coordination with OPS Team. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills and extensive experience in logistics and warehouse operations. REQUIRED

Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory management, and cargo operations Experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment Ability to coordinate shipping, receiving, dispatching, and operational workflow Familiarity with airline cargo procedures is a plus TSA experience or TWIC card is a plus Strong organizational and leadership skills Must be available to work a dynamic schedule, including covering one weekend day Overtime is expected based on operational needs Must be available to be on-site when required by management or operational demands Responsibilities Manage day-to-day warehouse and cargo operations Supervise warehouse staff, drivers, and operational personnel Ensure proper handling and storage of cargo and perishables Maintain safety standards and operational compliance Monitor productivity, staffing, and workflow efficiency Resolve operational issues quickly and professionally Assist upper management with operational planning and reporting What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Dynamic and fast-paced work environment
