Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for Export Operations located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The Export Operations Specialist will handle day-to-day export documentation, support import/export operations, and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include preparing and verifying export documents, coordinating with shipping lines and freight forwarders, ensuring compliance with regulations, handling customer inquiries, and resolving any logistical issues promptly. Qualifications Experience with Export Documentation and Export processes Knowledge and practical experience in Import/Export Operations and Import processes Strong Customer Service skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Effective verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Magaya Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred Experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry is a plus
