NOW HIRING - EXPERIENCED USED CAR MANAGER

New High-Volume Import Store Opening First Week of August - South Florida We are seeking a strong, experienced Used Car Manager to help launch a brand-new high-volume import dealership in South Florida. This is a ground-floor opportunity for a proven automotive professional who understands inventory management, merchandising, appraisal strategy, inventory turn, and profitability in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, process-driven, aggressive with inventory acquisition, and experienced operating in a high-turn dealership.

Responsibilities:

Manage all used vehicle operations Inventory acquisition and appraisal management Maintain proper inventory levels and turn rates Pricing strategy and market analysis using Vauto Oversee reconditioning and time-to-line processes Work closely with sales and finance teams to maximize profitability Manage online merchandising and vehicle presentation Analyze reports and performance metrics daily Help build a winning used car culture from the ground up

Requirements:

Previous Used Car Manager experience required Strong knowledge of market pricing and inventory management Proven track record in high-volume automotive operations Experience with Tekion DMS preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment Honda experience is a plus, but not required

$80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
