Job Description

Position Summary We're looking for a highly organized, experienced Warehouse Inventory Senior Supervisor to play a key role in keeping our warehouse running at its best. In this position, you'll support daily operations, ensure top-tier inventory accuracy, and serve as a trusted partner to warehouse leadership. You will work onsite in the warehouse from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, helping oversee and support second-shift operations. Zero safety incidents; 100% OSHA compliance. Effective team leadership and conflict resolution. Timely execution of load lists and inventory adjustments. Job Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, and dispatching. Supervise inventory control processes, including cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation. Lead and mentor warehouse staff; manage scheduling, training, and performance reviews. Collaborate with purchasing and logistics teams to ensure timely material flow. Maintain compliance with safety protocols and company policies. Support implementation of technology solutions (e.g., Scan force, Sage, WMS). Assist in strategic planning and execution of warehouse improvements. Act as second-in-command to the Warehouse Manager, stepping in as needed. Skills, Experience, and Knowledge Required Education High School Diploma Required Associate's degree In logistics or Supply Chain preferred. Experience 3-5 years of Warehouse/Inventory Control Experience 2 years in a supervisor role Skills & Requirements Minimum 18 years of age Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Successful Pre-Employment Drug Test Comfortable climbing ladders up to 60 ft tall Ability to lift 100 LBS or more Successful Background Check Proficiency in inventory software (Sage, Scan force, WMS) Forklift certification and ability to work in South Florida weather conditions Strong leadership, communication & organizational skills Bilingual in English & Spanish a plus Working Conditions | Environment | Special Requirements Full time onsite Ability to work in a safe professional manner adhering to all regulatory requirements including, OSHA, State and Federal regulations.
