Parts Manager Responsibilities and Duties:

Manage daily operations of the parts department and ensure sustainability of department profitability Possess a high passion for customer service and CSI above market standards and zone averages Be ethical and transparent in leading all operations Order, receive, and bill all parts Maintain proper storage of parts Stock shelves Assist retail customers and technicians, including answering phones Assist with parts inventory management through bin counts and record keeping Ability to attract, develop and maintain key talent through exceptional leadership skills. Create a positive and legally compliant working environment and culture Manage department through coaching and guidance practices

Parts Manager Qualifications and Skills:

Possess more than three years of automotive parts management experience, preferred Possess more than three years of dealership manager experience, preferred Possess a working knowledge of automotive systems like Dealer Socket, Reynolds and Reynolds, CDK, vAuto, etc. Create a safe and positive working climate for employees to excel and promote Hiring is contingent upon successful completion of a thorough background check, including credit and MVR.
