Supply chain leadership role focused on supplier performance, delivery assurance, SAP-driven operations, and resolution of production-critical issues in a regulated industry environment. Job Requirements University degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience Supply chain experience SAP experience Experience in a regulated industry environment such as DOD or aerospace Experience managing supplier delivery performance and resolving supply disruptions Ability to travel approximately 25-30%, with potential for up to 40% based on business needs Preferred Skills Master's degree in Business or a technical field Experience working directly with suppliers Project management experience Process improvement or Lean experience Delivery assurance experience Experience organizing initiatives and operational processes Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Experience with a variety of commodities Aerospace industry experience Job Responsibilities Serve as the lead resource for resolving supply chain issues that threaten production flow Identify and implement operational solutions that remove barriers to delivery and support business objectives Manage multiple supply chain projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Collaborate across departments to align business process outcomes with organizational goals Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to drive issue resolution and delivery performance Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions to establish sustainable solutions Drive operational efficiency, cost savings, and long-term process improvements Apply project management methods and fact-based decision-making to support delivery and production goals Support delivery of cost-effective, quality parts that meet customer and production requirements
