In this pivotal role, you will oversee the procurement, inventory control, and distribution of parts essential to our operations. Your leadership will ensure seamless warehouse management, optimize supply chain processes, and enhance overall efficiency. This position offers an exciting opportunity to drive process improvements, manage logistics, and contribute to the success of a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Duties Lead the planning and execution of supply chain activities related to parts procurement, inventory management, and warehouse distribution Oversee purchasing processes to ensure timely sourcing of quality parts at competitive pricing Manage inventory control systems to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce excess or obsolete inventory Coordinate shipping & receiving operations, including order fulfillment, picking & packing, and freight management Utilize transportation management systems (TMS) and warehouse management systems (WMS) to streamline logistics and dispatching Implement process improvements to enhance materials handling, category management, and warehouse efficiency Monitor demand planning and forecasting to align inventory levels with operational needs and customer demand Collaborate with procurement teams, freight carriers, 3PL providers, and NVOCC (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier) partners for seamless transportation planning Analyze supply chain data using analytics tools to identify opportunities for cost savings and operational enhancements Ensure compliance with safety standards related to forklift operation, packaging, and materials handling Requirements Proven experience in supply chain management, inventory control, or warehouse operations within a fast-paced environment Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to interpret supply chain analytics for strategic decision-making Familiarity with procurement processes, sourcing strategies, and pricing negotiations Hands-on experience with freight logistics, shipping & receiving procedures, and dispatching workflows Ability to lead process improvement initiatives Experience operating forklifts safely in a warehouse setting Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in order picking, packing, materials handling, and category management Effective communication skills for collaborating across departments including operations management and transportation planning Join us as a Parts Manager and become a key driver of our supply chain excellence!
