We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Parts Manager to lead our parts department, ensure top-notch customer service, and drive departmental success.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
Oversee the ordering, stocking, and distribution of automotive parts to ensure optimal inventory levels and minimize costs.
Team Leadership:
Manage and mentor the parts team, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes productivity and professional growth.
Customer Service:
Ensure the highest level of service to our customers, both internal and external, by maintaining an efficient and well-organized parts department.
Sales Growth:
Develop and implement strategies to increase parts sales and profitability while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
Vendor Relations:
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to secure the best pricing and product availability.
Budget Management:
Prepare and manage the parts department's budget, ensuring financial goals are met.
Compliance:
Ensure that all operations within the department comply with company policies and legal regulations.
Qualifications Experience:
Proven experience as an Automotive Parts Manager or similar role in the automotive industry.
Knowledge:
Strong knowledge of automotive parts and inventory management systems.
Leadership:
Excellent leadership and team management skills with a track record of driving results.
Customer Focus :
A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Communication:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Problem Solving:
Ability to troubleshoot and solve issues promptly.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in automotive technology or a related field is a plus.
