Verifies that all pallets are counted accurately and separated correctly by our team and or third party companies. Communicates proactively with third party partners to prepare for tendering, receiving, and product separation. Oversees all inbound product activities, ensuring accuracy, organization, and proper handling. Ensures all dry products are routed, prepped, staged, and placed correctly for production or shipment. Maintains coolers and staging areas clean, organized, and audit ready at all times. Supports consolidation receiving and load processing as needed. Enforces and models all safety practices including forklift guidelines, proper lifting techniques, equipment usage, and OSHA regulated standards. Turns operational tasks into measurable KPIs that drive efficiency, productivity, and continuous improvement. Supports team in prioritizing what matters most and stepping in when needed to keep the flow moving. Other duties as assigned. Skills and Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Supervisory experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment. Forklift and Electric Pallet Jack Operator Certification required. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work comfortably in cold environments. Highly detail oriented with strong organizational skills. Comfortable tracking metrics and translating daily operations into measurable performance indicators. Computer knowledge including basic proficiency in operational systems, email, and reporting tools. Bilingual English and Spanish.
Pay:
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
