The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, self-driven, highly organized, and experienced in warehouse operations, inventory management, and domestic/international logistics, preferably within an IT or technology-related environment. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced operational setting and is looking for long-term growth opportunities within an expanding company. Position Requirements Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal) Highly self-motivated with exceptional organizational skills Advanced computer and systems proficiency Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities Strong attention to detail and planning skills Ability to interpret and execute complex instructions Professional, proactive, and team-oriented attitude Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations & Inventory Management Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, auditing, inventory control, fulfillment, and shipping Manage and organize inventory with accuracy and efficiency Maintain inventory system integrity and SKU-level tracking Ensure all incoming materials are received from approved vendors and properly documented Review purchase orders and verify the accuracy and quality of received goods Maintain warehouse supplies and operational materials Prepare, organize, and coordinate shipments for domestic and international distribution Shipping & Logistics Coordinate domestic and international shipments via air freight, ocean freight, LTL, and parcel carriers Manage all inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery Track inbound and in-transit shipments from suppliers and freight partners Work directly with freight forwarders and shipping carriers to resolve shipment and delivery issues Ensure all shipments are packaged safely and according to customer and regulatory requirements Generate and process shipping documentation, including: Packing Lists Invoices Sales Orders Purchase Orders RMAs SED/EEI Filings Dangerous Goods Declarations Compliance & Quality Control Ensure compliance with U.S. import/export regulations and customs requirements Coordinate with agencies including TSA, ACE, and U.S. Customs & Border Protection Maintain quality control standards for all incoming and outgoing products Enforce warehouse safety procedures and operational best practices Administrative & Cross-Functional Support Serve as the logistics liaison between warehouse, sales, and accounting teams Communicate product availability, shipment ETAs, and order updates to sales representatives Support executive and administrative tasks as needed Maintain professional relationships with vendors, suppliers, and customers Assist with operational purchasing decisions and freight quote evaluations Preferred QualificationsExperience Previous experience managing warehouse operations with significant international shipping and customs activity Experience handling high-volume inventory environments Strong understanding of import/export compliance and dangerous goods handling Experience within an IT hardware, electronics, or technology distribution environment is highly preferred Software & Systems Knowledge Experience with the following platforms is strongly preferred: IQ Reseller (ERP/Inventory Management) Zoho Suite (Cliq, Sheets, Mail) QuickBooks FedEx Shipping Manager UPS, DHL, and USPS shipping platforms What We Offer Opportunity for professional growth within a rapidly expanding company Dynamic and collaborative work environment Long-term career potential and advancement opportunities Competitive compensation based on experience How to Apply Please submit your resume for consideration.
