Parts Manager

Optimum RV is a premier RV dealership offering a wide range of recreational vehicles and exceptional customer service. We are currently seeking an experienced and organized Parts Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Primary duties include: Managing and supervising a team of parts associates, including hiring, training, and scheduling. Monitoring inventory levels and ordering parts as needed to meet customer demand. Ensuring accurate and efficient processing of parts orders, including packaging, labeling, and timely delivery. Assisting customers with parts inquiries, identifying the correct parts for their RV, and providing outstanding customer service. Developing and implementing strategies to increase parts sales and profitability. Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as safety and quality standards. Collaborating with other departments, such as service and sales, to meet customer needs and improve overall operations. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and changes in RV parts. Performing other duties as assigned. Requirements Previous experience in parts management, preferably in the automotive or RV industry. Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient computer skills, including experience with parts inventory management software. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High school diploma or equivalent.
