Overview:
  • We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Parts Manager to join our team. As a Parts Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the procurement, inventory management, and supply chain operations of our parts department. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the availability of parts to support our service and sales teams effectively.
  • Duties:
  • Develop and execute strategies to optimize parts procurement, inventory management, and supply chain operations
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of parts while maintaining cost-effectiveness
  • Oversee the organization and maintenance of parts inventory to meet demand efficiently
  • Utilize data entry skills to update and maintain accurate records of parts transactions
  • Collaborate with the demand planning team to forecast parts needs and prevent shortages
  • Manage the logistics of incoming and outgoing parts shipments
  • Implement effective supply chain management practices to streamline operations
  • Utilize order management systems to track orders and manage inventory levels effectively
  • Requirements:
  • Experience in purchasing, inventory management, or supply chain within the auto industry
  • Knowledge of auto body repair processes and parts terminology
  • Proficiency in data entry and utilizing order management systems
  • Strong understanding of demand planning principles
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
