  • Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Warehouse Production Manager at DRC Industries to lead our warehouse operations with energy and precision.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire production and distribution process, ensuring seamless coordination across inventory management, shipping, receiving, and logistics. Your leadership will drive process improvements, optimize workflow efficiency, and uphold safety standards while managing a team of warehouse supervisors and staff. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where continuous improvement and supply chain excellence are at the forefront of our success. Responsibilities Lead and supervise warehouse teams to ensure efficient production planning, order fulfillment, and distribution operations. Oversee inventory management systems and implement best practices for inventory control, warehouse management system (WMS), and supply chain analytics. Coordinate transportation planning and manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PL), NVOCC (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier), freight carriers, and procurement teams. Meet daily & weekly financial targets Ensure compliance with safety regulations, forklift operation standards, and warehouse procedures including shipping & receiving, dispatching, and warehouse distribution. Oversee transportation management systems (TMS) for freight planning, fleet management, and dispatching to optimize delivery schedules. Supervise warehouse operations related to production planning, demand planning, inventory management, and materials handling. Implement strategies for continuous process improvement in logistics operations while fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability. Skills Extensive experience in operations management within a warehouse or distribution environment with supervisory responsibilities. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, supervise staff effectively, and manage multiple priorities under pressure. Understanding of budgeting processes, profit & loss analysis, and cost control strategies. Familiarity with transportation planning, fleet management, freight shipping & receiving procedures, and dispatching operations. Strong problem-solving skills coupled with effective communication abilities to collaborate across departments and external partners.
