Full-time About the Role Real Peptides is looking for a hands-on Warehouse / Logistics Manager to own our fulfillment operation end to end at our St. Petersburg warehouse. You'll pick and pack orders, manage inventory, lead the warehouse team, and keep shipments moving accurately and on time. This is an in-person operator role for someone who likes solving problems on the floor and takes pride in a tight, well-run operation. What You'll Do Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently Manage orders using shipping software and process them end to end Receive, check in, and verify incoming shipments Set completed orders outside for UPS pickup Lead, schedule, and develop the warehouse team; build a strong workplace culture Manage inventory: cycle counts, accuracy, and lot/expiration tracking Monitor and report low inventory before it becomes a problem Order shipping labels and supplies to ensure we never run out Label orders and products correctly Communicate with Customer Service via WhatsApp on any expedited orders or returns Communicate with Marketing ahead of any sales or promotions to prep for volume Maintain a clean, organized workspace: break down boxes, take out trash, keep the floor orderly Report any facility/property issues through the rental portal Ensure compliance with safety, storage, and product handling requirements Maintain accurate records and reporting on fulfillment KPIs What We're Looking For 3+ years in warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics, ideally in ecommerce/DTC Experience leading or building a team Comfort with shipping software and order management platforms Detail-oriented and organized, with a bias toward process and cleanliness Reliable, self-directed, and comfortable owning the operation day to day Able to lift 45 lbs and work on your feet in a warehouse environment
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
