Sunday (half day) through Thursday, early afternoon to late evening (until night transfer drivers are dispatched)

3100 S Ridgewood Ave, South Daytona, FL 32119 Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Afternoon/Night Warehouse & Logistics Manager to oversee evening operations in our warehouse and logistics department. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate inventory control, managing nightly transfer operations, and resolving operational issues in real time. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable leading teams during non-traditional hours. Key Responsibilities Perform and oversee cycle counting to maintain accurate inventory levels Manage and monitor inventory control systems , ensuring discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly Supervise and coordinate night transfer drivers , ensuring timely loading and departures Ensure all outbound loads are accurate, complete, and dispatched on schedule Handle report processing , including daily operational and inventory reports Identify and troubleshoot operational issues related to inventory, logistics, or staffing Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, drivers, and upper management Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures Qualifications Previous experience in warehouse management, logistics, or inventory control Strong understanding of inventory systems and cycle counting practices Experience managing or coordinating drivers and transportation logistics Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to work independently and lead a team during evening/night hours Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and reporting tools preferred

Work Environment & Schedule Sunday:
