Life:
In the position of Director, Distribution Engineering & Systems, you will direct and implement operational strategies, business processes, and systems for overall distribution. Leverage industrial engineering principles and end-to-end supply chain management software to design optimized workflows and develop long-term strategies. Utilize
SAP S/4 HANA
environments, complex data modeling, and advanced analytical tools to support critical business decision-making and maintain high standards for productivity, safety, and compliance.
The Impact You'll Make:
Expertly manage end-to-end supply chain management software to ensure seamless coordination across the entire distribution network. Oversee and optimize distribution operations within SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) and SAP TM (Transportation Management) to ensure seamless end-to-end supply chain execution. Design and implement optimized warehouse process workflows using Industrial Engineering methodologies to improve day-to-day operations and reduce waste. Build and maintain dynamic tools and complex data models to handle large datasets, providing the insights necessary to support high-level business decision-making. Perform advanced warehouse productivity analysis to identify inefficiencies and execute significant improvements to systems and products. Utilize Power BI and Advanced Excel to build dashboards and automated reporting tools that monitor operations, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and performance targets for all shipping locations. Maintain responsibility and manage all aspects of people management, fostering a culture of collaboration
Who You Are:
Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of - Supply Chain Operations, Warehouse Operations, or a related field.
Additional Experience Desired:
More than 7 years of experience in
Logistics and Warehouse Operations Additional Experience Desired:
More than 5 years of experience in leadership capacity
Computer Skills Desired:
Comprehensive experience in end-to-end supply chain management software, SAP
EWM, SAP
TM, and
SAP S/4HANA.
