Parts Manager

Parts & Inventory Manager We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Parts & Inventory Manager to oversee inventory control, purchasing, and parts management for a growing industrial and equipment service company.

Responsibilities:

Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records Order parts, materials, and supplies from vendors Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments Monitor inventory usage and identify replenishment needs Coordinate with technicians and operations staff to ensure parts availability Maintain vendor relationships and obtain pricing and product information Conduct periodic inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies Assist with process improvements related to inventory management and purchasing Maintain a clean, organized, and safe parts storage area

Qualifications:

Experience in inventory management, purchasing, warehouse operations, or parts management Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities Basic computer proficiency and experience with inventory or accounting software Strong communication and problem-solving skills Mechanical aptitude or experience in an industrial environment is preferred
