At Kuehne+Nagel, our work is about more than we imagine. ‎ We are seeking an experienced Global Operational Key Account Management (OKAM) Team Lead to guide our OKAM organization within Global Air Logistics. This role is key to ensuring high‑quality service delivery for strategic customers while supporting the transition to a future‑state OKAM organization. You will lead a team of OKAMs, drive operational excellence, and ensure strong alignment with global standards and cross‑functional partners. How you create impact Lead, coach, and develop a team of Operational Key Account Managers, ensuring strong performance and customer outcomes Drive a collaborative, high‑performing team culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement Ensure alignment with the global OKAM framework, KPIs, and service standards Optimize account management processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and customer alignment Oversee resource allocation to enable effective management of multiple key accounts Promote close collaboration with OKAS, Air, Sea, and other logistics functions to ensure seamless service delivery Support training, capability development, and participation in the OKAM Training Academy Monitor team performance, report to global stakeholders, and implement improvement actions as needed Contribute to key account allocation decisions and support change management initiatives What we would like you to bring Strong logistics background with experience in Air and/or Sea Logistics Proven leadership experience managing and developing high‑performing teams Solid understanding of operational key account management and global service models Experience driving process optimization and operational efficiency Strong communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills Experience working in a regional or global, matrix‑driven environment Change management capability and commitment to continuous professional development This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship.
