Job Description
Club Car boasts a 60+ year history of industry-leading innovation and design, initially focused on golf cars and then expanding to commercial utility vehicles and personal-use transportation.
Partner with stakeholders across teams to capture all inputs to the demand plan and to ensure adjustments and improvements to forecasting models and methodologies are implemented.
Integrate firm backlog, order pipeline, bookings forecast, statistical forecasting, portfolio management, NPI, market intelligence and other product demand signals to create a consensus demand forecast.
Coordinate cross-functional discussions to document and challenge Demand Plan assumptions and refine the forecast.
Collaborate with senior management to align demand planning initiatives with overall business strategies and goals. Ensure alignment between revenue and demand plans.
Understand the drivers of demand changes, customers, and revenue impacts and potential effects on the downstream processes.
Lead the SIOP Demand Reviews; prepare all data and metrics for review, identify gaps and scenarios that must be presented; guide final decision making on open items and trade-offs, and prepare escalations for executive review where appropriate.
Translate demand plans to a 3- to 18-month supply horizon as part of an input to the monthly Executive SIOP while optimizing customer delivery and inventory levelsCollaborate with Material Managers to generate recommendations to solve capacity issues and support long term sales demandMeasure, analyze and build reporting for key SIOP supply metrics, while monitoring adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs)Manage long-term capacity views with scenario planning, being able to identify constraints and escalate exceptions for business consideration with the suggestion of possible scenarios and solutions.
Provide regular updates on supply status, risks and opportunities to all key internal partners

GENERAL JOB
DESCRIPTIONThe Senior Demand Planning Manager will have oversight of the consensus demand plan that is a critical piece to the overall SIOP process. You will implement and maintain a SIOP demand planning cadence that involves working cross-functionally with sales, finance and operations. This is a highly visible role with key inputs into the future growth of the business.PRIMARY DUTIES AND

Education:
Bachelors degree; MBA or masters degree in business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Finance or equivalent preferred.Experience:
8+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Finance, Sales Operations, or Program/Project ManagementExperience with demand and supply planning toolsStrong Working knowledge of S&OE and S&OP with implementation experienceAbility to build cross-functional relationships through strong communication and interpersonal skills.Experience in demand and supply planningAdvanced capability in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointKEY COMPETENCIESDemonstrated strong analytical skillsStrong business acumen and business partnering skillsStrong collaboration and influencing skills across multiple disciplinesDemonstrated excellent oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills to all levels of the organizationStrong and demonstrated drive for resultsDemonstrated people development skillsHigh degree of initiative, creativity, and problem solving ability required
