Overview Our client, a leading global Tier 1 automotive supplier, is seeking a motivated Logistics Manager to support supply chain and materials operations at their manufacturing facility in the greater Augusta, GA area. This role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on logistics performance, inventory management, customer satisfaction, and overall plant operations while working alongside an experienced leadership team. Responsibilities The Logistics Manager will oversee logistics, materials, and warehouse operations to support production goals and customer requirements: Manage supply chain and logistics operations Coordinate production schedules, inventory levels, and material flow Monitor logistics KPIs and operational performance metrics Manage inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and physical inventory activities Ensure effective organization of warehouse inventory and work-in-process (WIP) Support ERP system accuracy and utilization across logistics functions Support continuous improvement initiatives and process compliance Develop, train, and mentor logistics team members Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, and purchasing teams Other duties as assigned Experience 8+ years of relevant logistics, materials, or supply chain experience within manufacturing environments Previous automotive or Tier 1 manufacturing experience strongly preferred Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred Experience with inventory management, warehouse operations, and production scheduling ERP system experience preferred Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills If you are interested in learning more, please apply to this posting.
