• ‎•Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the Contract Logistics Operations Team Lead manages receiving, storing, picking, packing, verification, shipping, and other designated tasks to ensure the distribution center functions efficiently.

The Team Lead directs and trains employees to uphold safe, accurate, and effective procedures. Responsibilities include assigning tasks, providing guidance, conducting audits, resolving complex issues, and ensuring adherence to safety standards.

• The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 5:00 am to 1:30 pm.

• Duties and Responsibilities:

• + Utilize manual or powered material handling equipment to efficiently unload incoming materials from trailers as required + Confirm and record materials into inventory by accurately scanning them into the designated computer system + Confirm that all necessary inbound and outbound paperwork is completed with drivers, verifying accurate product counts + Utilize material handling equipment to efficiently transport and store materials within the warehouse.

Scan materials when relocating them from the original location to the new designated area + Verify orders against the documented list, identify any shortages, and follow up to locate missing items or resolve incomplete orders + Maintain the accuracy of inventory records and provide support for physical inventory counts as instructed + Oversee and organize the efficient unloading of incoming shipments + Demonstrates strong communication, multitasking, and organizational abilities + Offers clear direction and support to team members by addressing inquiries related to any work-related matters

• + A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is required + At least one year of experience in a leadership role
