If you like fast-moving environments, solving real-world problems, and using tech to make things run better—you'll fit right in. What You'll Actually Do This isn't a "sit and repeat tasks" role. You'll be in the middle of real logistics operations—working with customers, tracking shipments, and coordinating across teams. On a typical day, you might: Track and manage international shipments (ocean + air) Coordinate imports (FCL, LCL) from origin to delivery Communicate with customers, overseas partners, and carriers Build and send quotes using internal systems Solve problems when shipments don't go as planned (which happens often) Work with dispatch and operations to keep freight moving What Makes This Role Different You'll learn global logistics fast—not just one small piece You'll use modern tools + systems (and help improve them) You'll have direct exposure to decision-makers You're not boxed in—growth into ops, sales, or management is real Who We're Looking For You don't need 10 years of experience—we care more about how you think and work.
