Job Description

What You'll Do As a Materials Management Tech, you will support the daily operations of inventory, shipping, and supply distribution while helping maintain an organized and efficient department. You'll play a key role in ensuring supplies are accurately tracked, stored, and delivered throughout the organization. This position is currently considered part-time but has the potential to be full-time within 6 months. In this role, you will: Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner. Sort and deliver incoming mail and shipments to the appropriate departments or individuals. Accurately record supplies issued from inventory. Participate in monthly inventory checks and assist with annual inventory counts. Maintain a clean and organized work environment by sweeping, removing empty boxes, and keeping areas orderly. Assist with receiving and stocking supplies, including: Unloading shipments Matching packing lists to purchase orders Inspecting items for accuracy and damage Notifying leadership of discrepancies Stocking items in designated locations Apply charge labels to patient-specific items as needed. Perform general clerical duties and assist with special projects as assigned. Support department operations and perform other duties as needed. What We're Looking For We're seeking a dependable, detail-oriented team member who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working on their feet throughout the day. Required Education High School Diploma or equivalent Required Licenses & Certifications Valid driver's license Preferred Skills & Experience Basic computer skills, including data entry General knowledge of inventory, shipping, and receiving processes Experience working with supplies or materials management systems Physical Requirements Ability to lift 20 - 50 pounds Ability to stand and be on your feet for most of the workday Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
