This role drives operational excellence, accuracy, safety, and service while building scalable processes to support company growth. Position Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation, and perform other duties as assigned. Ensure compliance with OSHA, food safety, and company safety standards while promoting a proactive safety culture Lead all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping while ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and throughput Partners cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Safety, Quality, and Sales to optimize inventory, support production and commercialization, and maintain strong system integrity. Develop and maintain standardized warehouse processes and SOPs to optimize workflow, space utilization, and material flow Oversee inventory management including cycle counts, reconciliation, lot tracking, and system accuracy across all locations Partner with Planning and Procurement to optimize inventory levels, support demand, and ensure supply continuity Ensure proper handling, storage, and rotation of materials and finished goods, including
FEFO/FIFO
compliance where applicable Drive on-time, in-full (OTIF) performance through effective logistics planning, transportation coordination, and carrier management Implement and improve warehouse, logistics, and dock scheduling systems (e.g., WMS, Opendock) to enhance operational efficiency Lead WMS implementation and integration with ERP systems while ensuring strong data integrity across platforms Develop, monitor, and improve KPIs for warehouse, inventory, and logistics performance to drive accountability and results Lead, coach, and develop the warehouse team to build a high-performance culture Meets all Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Safe Quality Food (SQF) requirements; participate in food safety meetings as required. Cultivates and promotes a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations; identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions; participate in safety meetings as required.Note:

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) 7-10+ years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations Experience with ERP and WMS systems Strong leadership and team development skills Proven ability to manage warehouse and inventory operations in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Experience in food, beverage, or CPG industries Experience supporting or leading ERP/WMS implementations Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement background Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred Travel This position requires up to 5% travel Work Expectations This is a regular, full-time position with daily office hours onsite. The ability to be available for work daily and extended hours as necessary. Work is performed inside an office or manufacturing plant and outside in what may be adverse weather conditions. The work environment can involve exposure to heat, cold, humidity, moving machinery, extreme noise, visual strain, confined spaces, fumes, odors, dust mists, and gases. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and listen. This position requires long periods of sitting/working at a computer, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing. The employee should be able to lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
