Job Description

Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here A leading manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to oversee inventory control and material flow within a high-volume plant environment. This role is key to ensuring inventory accuracy, supporting production continuity, and driving operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Manage inventory across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods Lead cycle counts, audits, and discrepancy resolution Supervise and develop inventory staff across multiple shifts Partner with production, shipping, and purchasing teams Drive process improvements and inventory accuracy initiatives Monitor and report on key inventory
KPIs Qualifications:
5+ years of inventory control experience in manufacturing 2+ years of leadership experience ERP experience (SAP preferred) Strong Excel and analytical skills
Preferred:
Background in automotive or aerospace manufacturing
