About the Role As an Agricultural Logistics Coordinator, you will serve as a hands-on leader overseeing the daily operations of our storage facility. You will drive operational efficiency by managing inventory accuracy, coordinating high-volume shipping schedules, and ensuring our team maintains a safe, audit-ready environment while utilizing advanced material handling equipment. Responsibilities Direct daily warehouse workflows, prioritizing tasks to ensure timely order fulfillment and seamless shipping operations. Maintain rigorous inventory control by tracking seed and supply movements within our warehouse management system. Lead by example in safety and quality, implementing facility-wide protocols to minimize risk and optimize storage layouts. Oversee preventative maintenance programs for forklifts and facility infrastructure to ensure peak equipment performance. Facilitate clear communication with customers regarding shipment status and inventory availability. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and executing process enhancements in facility organization and workflow. Manage site upkeep, including climate control monitoring and pest control compliance, to protect product integrity. Qualifications Required Skills Extensive experience operating forklifts in a fast-paced industrial or agricultural setting. Proven ability to lead teams and provide clear, actionable direction to crew members. Strong proficiency with inventory management software and basic computer systems. Physical capability to lift 30-70 lbs regularly and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Demonstrated history of reliability and attention to detail in high-volume environments. Preferred Skills Prior experience in agricultural seed or chemical storage operations. Technical aptitude for basic mechanical troubleshooting and facility maintenance. Familiarity with Quality Management Systems and safety compliance auditing. Experience training personnel on heavy equipment operation and safety standards.
