Minimum Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate's degree in business or a related field. Experience with automotive aftermarket parts and service department operations. Familiarity with inventory management software and point-of-sale systems. Experience with Ford Parts preferred.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the parts department, including inventory management and parts counter activities. Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure timely ordering and receiving of automotive parts and accessories. Train, supervise, and evaluate parts counter staff to ensure high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.
