Job Description

Parts Manager - Established Ford Dealership | Southside Dealership A well-established, high-volume Ford dealership on the southside market is seeking an experienced Parts Manager to lead our parts department and drive profitability, efficiency, and team performance.
What You'll Do:
Oversee all parts department operations, including inventory control, purchasing, and obsolescence management Lead and develop a parts team, setting a culture of accountability and customer service excellence Manage bin-to-bin inventory accuracy and ensure proper stocking levels for both retail and wholesale customers Maximize department profitability through effective pricing, vendor relationships, and expense management Collaborate with the service department to ensure parts availability and minimize repair order lag Maintain compliance with manufacturer programs and reporting requirements
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a Parts Manager or Parts Director in a franchised dealership environment Strong knowledge of Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK, or similar DMS platforms Demonstrated ability to manage inventory, control obsolescence, and grow department gross Effective leadership and communication skills Ford/Lincoln brand experience preferred but not required

Pay:
$67,581.78 - $95,345.80 per year
