Using our expertise, we provide the best-in-class modifications to meet modern needs, equip high performance engines and parts, and create an impressive masterpiece. are looking for a key team member who shares this vision—a Parts Manager obsessed with quality. We need a proactive manager who understands the intricacies of classic vehicles, knows exactly where to source rare parts, and keeps our manufacturing floor running at peak efficiency while knowing and ordering modern car systems. Managing vendor relationships and sourcing high-performance OEM and aftermarket parts. Tracking service requirements for legacy vehicles. Scheduling repairs and restorations, ensuring every detail is perfect. If you are a detail-oriented expert ready to help build the best resto mods in the industry, join us. Responsibilities You will be responsible and not limited to the following:
  • Maintains effective Parts Department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction
  • Order required parts in timely manner for manufacturing, service and repairs
  • Search cost effective solutions or parts or higher quality with the same price
  • Conducts a perpetual/annual physical inventory of all parts
  • Submits and/or monitors all parts warranty and return claims within the required timeframe to receive maximum credit
  • Maximizes use of all order discount programs
  • Maintains all department tools, parts, equipment and vehicles
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock of parts and supplies
  • Workorders, scheduling services, updating customers
  • Warranty's
  • Communicate with the customers to collect all the items that need to be taken care of and schedule proper service and repairs
  • Work with Shop Manager to allocate proper manpower to each work
  • Collect the updates from technicians and provide timely updates to the customers
  • Other duties as assigned Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of car parts procurement and service management
  • Minimum of two (2) years' experience in Parts Department operations
  • Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions
  • Ability to speak effectively one-on-one and within a group and with the customers
  • Basic understanding of financial principles relative to Parts Department operations
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to analyze and interpret internal reports
  • Works in a standard office environment, including consistently viewing a computer monitor and using keyboard/mouse
  • Physical requirements include ability to lift up to 75lbs.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time when needed
  • Must pass a pre-employment health assessment, background check and drug test
  • Experience with custom vehciles preferred
  • Great troubleshooting skills
  • Proficient with automotive systems, parts, suppliers and vendors
  • Ability to follow safety and manufacturing standards.

$62,000.00 - $83,000.00 per year
