Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of the parts department Maintain accurate inventory levels and ordering processes Work closely with service technicians and advisors Ensure excellent customer service and team performance Monitor sales, profitability, and departmental goals Train and support parts staff

Qualifications:

Automotive parts management experience preferred Toyota dealership experience is a plus Strong leadership and organizational skills Knowledge of inventory control and dealership systems Excellent communication and customer service abilities
