Inventory Supervisor Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Inventory Supervisor to oversee and maintain the accuracy of our warehouse inventory. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and have an in-depth understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). You will be responsible for managing bin and rack locations, overseeing cycle counts, and ensuring seamless inventory flow. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee daily inventory operations, ensuring complete accuracy across the warehouse. Manage and maintain the Warehouse Management System (WMS), including the mapping and optimization of bin and rack locations. Plan, coordinate, and execute regular cycle counts and annual physical inventory audits. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions. Train and guide warehouse staff on proper inventory procedures, scanner usage, and safety protocols. Generate and analyze inventory reports for management review.

Qualifications Education:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred (Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration is a plus).

Experience:

Minimum of 3-5 years of warehouse inventory experience, with demonstrated leadership or supervisory capabilities.

Technical Skills:

Highly proficient in using WMS software and standard computer applications (MS Office, especially Excel).

Equipment:

Extensive experience using PDAs, RF scanners, and barcode technologies. Skills Excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

$25-$28 OEM Order Processing and Distribution Coordinator Job Description We are looking for an OEM Orders & Delivery Coordinator to manage the processing, staging, and dispatching of our Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) orders and offline/local deliveries. The successful candidate will be tech-savvy, physically active, and capable of ensuring high-quality standards from the warehouse shelf to the delivery dock. Key Responsibilities Process and fulfill specialized OEM orders accurately and within designated timeframes. Coordinate and prepare orders for offline delivery, including picking, packing, labeling, and staging. Communicate with the sales/customer service team regarding order status and delivery schedules. Utilize PDAs and barcode scanners to update order statuses in the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework is a plus.

Experience:

1-3 years of warehouse, order fulfillment, or logistics experience.

Technical Skills:

Comfortable using computers, inventory software, and shipping systems.

Equipment:

Proficient in operating PDAs and RF barcode scanners.

Requirements:

Must have a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record (if direct driving for local delivery is required). Skills Strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Hourly wage:

$23 - $26

Pay:

$23.00 - $28.00 per hour
