Warehouse and Logistics Manager

Overview We are seeking a skilled Warehouse and Logistics Manager with strong work ethic to manage and execute efficient warehouse operations, inventory control protocol, and receiving procedures. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and independent self starter with strong attention to detail and organizational skills, who will provide administrative and logistical support for the Service and Supply Teams through daily collaboration with the General Manager of our Kansas Division, Service Coordinator, Service Managers, and Service Technicians some of whom are based in our Evans, Colorado location. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Review supply delivery invoices and work orders to ensure accuracy. Receive and ship inventory as needed - to include unloading and loading trucks. Submit all delivery receipts/packing lists on the 'Office Thread' on WhatsApp. Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse operation. Follow-up with items in the staging area to ensure timely delivery to customers. Fulfill 'Hot-Shot' deliveries and parts runs to dairies and Service Technicians as needed. Clean and fill barrels to support our daily operations Review supply invoices to ensure accuracy, and submit them to the finance office. All company credit card receipts are to be recorded and submitted to the parts department and finance office. Prep and stage parts for Service Technicians.

Experience & Qualifications:

Proven experience in warehouse operations, logistics, and operations management. Independent self-starter with the ability to contribute to the team. Strong understanding of how warehouse and logistics operations affect the profit & loss statement. Proficient written and oral communication skills. Basic to intermediate computer competency (Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, & QuickBooks) Forklift operation experience is preferred. A valid Driver's license Maintain a clean driving record. The ability to pass a drug screen and background check is required.
