Job Description

About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics Manager to join our team in a nationwide radar deployment and replacement program for civil air traffic surveillance. The project spans multiple sites across the United States and includes both approach and en-route radar systems. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless coordination of logistics activities across parallel deployments. Key Responsibilities Plan and oversee the transportation, delivery, and installation of radar systems and associated equipment across multiple U.S. locations. Coordinate logistics operations with engineering, installation, and commissioning teams. Manage inventory, warehousing, and distribution strategies to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency. Monitor and optimize supply chain performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks. Ensure compliance with FAA and local regulations regarding equipment handling and site operations. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all logistics activities. Competencies Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities. Proficiency in logistics software and supply chain management tools. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic project timelines. Requirements 5+ years of logistics experience in relevant industry (radars, air traffic management, or surveillance) A Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus, especially with a focus on operations or transportation systems. Additional Valued Skills Familiarity with FAA logistics standards and procedures. Spanish language skills will be valued, especially for coordination with the parent company and international teams.
