This role is at Spirit AeroSystems, Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of The Boeing Company, supporting Spirit's Commercial Business Units ("Spirit Commercial"). Spirit Commercial designs and builds commercial aerostructures, including for Boeing Commercial Airplanes, one of Boeing's three business units and the premier manufacturer of commercial jetliners for decades. Analyzing data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) - On time part delivery, on time supplier delivery, part shortages (focus on Category 3 and 5), Kit fill rate, Lines of Balance (LOB), etc .
Process Improvement:
Identifying opportunities to streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency within the supply chai n Thinking outside the box to achieve quantum performance leap s
Problem Solving:

Basic Qualifications:

Summary Pay Range:
$97,800 - $149,950
