PRS Auto is looking for a motivated and experienced Automotive Terminal Manager to lead operations at our Louisville facility. This is a key leadership role where your decisions directly impact safety, performance, and customer satisfaction. What You'll Do:
As the Terminal Manager, you will oversee daily operations and drive performance across the terminal: Lead and supervise team members to ensure consistent and efficient operations. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners. Coordinate activities between staff, drivers, and customers. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety rules, union agreements, and government regulations. Promote a strong safety culture through audits, meetings, and daily engagement. Support hiring, training, discipline, and employee development. Oversee equipment and vehicle maintenance operations. Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions to improve safety. Uphold company standards, values, and operational expectations. Assist with special projects and additional responsibilities as needed.
What We're Looking For:
Valid Driver's License. Experience in terminal, transportation, or warehouse operations (or similar environment). Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, scheduling, and email systems.
Work Environment:
Professional office and active terminal setting. Regular movement throughout the facility. Exposure to moving equipment and operational areas. Occasional noise and dynamic work conditions.
