Job Description

Inventory Manager Job Summary:
The Inventory Manager is responsible for overseeing and maintaining accurate inventory records across all storage and production areas, ensuring materials and products are available to meet operational needs. This role works closely with the purchasing, warehouse, and production teams to monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment, and implement inventory control procedures. The Inventory Manager ensures timely reporting, adherence to company policies, and efficient inventory management practices that support smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate inventory counts through regular audits and cycle counts. Track stock levels, monitor usage, and forecast future needs. Oversee receiving, storing, and issuing of materials or products. Implement inventory control procedures to reduce shrinkage and loss.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics GP or other accounting software and Monday software is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to communicate effectively with team members across departments. Familiarity with manufacturing processes is preferred but not required.
