Monday•Friday, 10:00 AM•6:00PM Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented, composed, and driven Fulfillment Specialist to manage the daily logistics of our luxury watch shipments. In this fast-paced environment, you will handle high-volume orders, maintain exceptional standards of service, and ensure all shipments are processed with the utmost care and accuracy. The ideal candidate will thrive under pressure, possess excellent organizational skills, and demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.Key Responsibilities:
Manage the shipment of luxury watch packages daily, ensuring proper packaging, labeling, and on-time delivery. Handle returns, including domestic and international shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth customs processing. Communicate frequently with FedEx to resolve shipping issues, adjust routes, and track shipments to ensure customer satisfaction. Generate detailed invoices, warranty cards, and appraisals, maintaining accurate records for all transactions. Coordinate high-value shipments with Malca•Amit, ensuring safe handling, delivery, and proper documentation. Use ShipStation and FedEx Ship Manager to manage shipments, send tracking updates, and address customer inquiries regarding shipping status.Required Skills and Qualifications:
Ability to manage high-volume shipping tasks with precision and composure under pressure. Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive, driven attitude. Excellent communication skills and experience with shipping software is a plus (ShipStation, FedEx Ship Manager). Experience with international shipping and customs documentation is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Excel for tracking and record-keeping.Pay:
