Temp-to-Perm About the Role We are seeking an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead daily warehouse operations, drive efficiency across material flow, and ensure accurate, on-time inventory and distribution performance. This role oversees shipping, receiving, warehousing, and logistics across multiple areas while leading continuous improvement initiatives and managing a high-performing team. You will play a key role in improving operational performance, optimizing warehouse processes, and ensuring safety, quality, cost, and delivery standards are consistently met. What You'll Do Lead end-to-end warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and distribution Drive improvements in material flow, warehouse layout, space utilization, and operational efficiency Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliation, and system control (WMS/SAP) Oversee logistics activities including carrier management, freight coordination, and shipment optimization Develop and implement SOPs, training programs, and standardized warehouse practices Lead safety (EHS) initiatives, compliance efforts, and warehouse security protocols Manage budgets, operational costs, and performance reporting Track and improve KPIs across Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery Lead continuous improvement and Lean initiatives Hire, train, coach, and develop warehouse staff while managing performance and accountability Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, Customer Service, and Logistics teams What We're Looking For 5-7+ years of warehouse/logistics experience, including 3-5+ years in leadership Experience in manufacturing or high-volume distribution environment preferred Strong knowledge of WMS systems and SAP Experience with Lean, CI, and operational improvement initiatives Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, MS Project or similar) Experience operating or overseeing powered industrial equipment (forklifts, etc.) Why This Role Competitive hourly pay ($45
