Inventory Lead

The inventory lead is responsible for managing and overseeing the accurate tracking, receiving, and distribution of cannabis products. They ensure compliance with state regulations, maintain proper stock levels, and conduct regular audits to prevent discrepancies. Additionally, they manage deliveries, and work closely with the inventory manager to ensure smooth operations and product availability. This Position is full time and reports directly to the Inventory Manager. Inventory Lead responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Perform routine daily inventory audits Supervise Order Fulfillment Room, keeping it organized at all times Pick & Pack customer orders with accuracy & in a timely manner Process Vendor intake and deliveries, verify accuracy and documentation Review and receive vendor deliveries with diligence and accuracy and in accordance with company and state regulations Enforce CCC guidelines and regulations in the Back of House procedures Work closely with management to ensure all relevant products are maintained at appropriate stock levels and perform transfers / splitting metrc tags as necessary to keep the fulfillment vault organized and fully stocked. Maintain product expiration dates on all cannabis products Manage Waste and proper waste disposal Finalize all sales and finish all packages on Metrc at the end of each shift Assist with sales when necessary The Inventory Lead is to share the responsibilities of Manager on duty if the GM and upper management are not on site. MOS Duties include- Giving change to cashiers for the till Performing Cash Drops throughout the shift Closing down Cash tills at the end of shift Ensure all staff receive appropriate lunch breaks and 10 min breaks with the appropriate coverage Handle exchanges and or refunds in a professional manner that complies with company and state regulations Handle customer order discrepancies, ensure that inventory reflects the discrepancy before correcting discrepancy Qualifications Inventory experience Retail experience Proficient with Google Drive Microsoft Excel experience Inventory Audit experience Willingness to work as a team member & be flexible to changes in procedures

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 36 - 41 per week
